The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day...Turns Around

Friday started off very, very bad indeed.

Even the procurement of the most sugar-laden treat the supermarket had to offer didn't turn the day around.

And then this arrived in the mail, from a special blog friend who sent it because she "doesn't live close enough to offer babysitting."

And everything was right with the world.

Both hers and mine.

I hope her noggin is feeling better. Isn't it amazing how a simple act of kindness can totally turn things around? Hope next week's a good one.

Awww, poor girl! I hope she's feeling better. Munchkin's always doing something like that. Must be a 2 year old thing.

Even though I "hate" the little bugger (Caillou that is!)

Poor baby! I remember the many times my kids got injuries like that - and I had to be the one to supply the sweets. What a nice friend you have!

That looks like a nasty bump. Poor kiddo. Glad you are both doing better. ;)

A special snowman cookie *and* a Caillou video? Sweet! Sorry about that nasty cut, though.
